• Special Аward “Proiko Proikov” – for best Music Video – The Jury did not grand awards for the best film. However the Jury gives two Special Mention Certificate to ANDREI TOKIDANG (BELORUSSIA) and his video CITY VIDEO and SONJA ROHLEDER (GERMANY) and her video KOLUMBUS VIDEO

• Best animated super short film (about 1 min) goes to SIMONE MASSI (ITALY) for SOFTLY, FLOWS VIDEO

• Best animated short film (up to 10 min), the award goes to INTERNATIONAL FATHER’S DAY by EDMUNDS JANSONS (LATVIA) VIDEO. The Jury is impressed by the PLANKTOON’S STUDIO (FRANCE) for the REFLECTION video and awards them with Special Mention Certificate GALLERY.

• Best animated short film (10 – 45 min) – The winner for the best animated shorts (10 – 45 min) is OH WILLY VIDEO by EMMA DE SWAEF, DIRECTOR AND ANDREAS DE RIDDER, ANIMATOR, ALICE TAMBELLINI, ANIMATOR, STEVEN DE BEUL, ANIMATOR (BELGIUM, FRANCE, NETHERLANDS, LUXEMBOURG)

• Best animated student film goes to NYOSHA VIDEO by LIRAN KAPEL (ISRAEL)

Best animated ECO film was not awarded

• Best animated kids’ film – The Jury awarded SNOWFLAKE by NATALIA CHERNYSHEVA (RUSSIA) VIDEO
